2026 UVA SUMMER CAMP GUIDE
WHICH PROGRAM SHOULD I ENROLL MY ATHLETE IN?
*We recommend all athletes to register for an All Skills Camp - especially if you are interested in joining us on a UVA Club Team for the 2026-2027 season.
This camp is appropriate for athletes who have played for their middle school team, CYO, or have been part of our Rising Stars Program. If you have attended 6+ months of camps/clinics and have a good grasp of the fundamentals, we recommend this camp. If your athlete was on a club team previously and did not travel for competition, this program may be beneficial for your athlete. *If you were on UVA 12 Premier, this is still an appropriate choice for your player.
This camp is appropriate for athletes who have played for their middle school team (B-Team), CYO, or high school JV Team. If you have attended 6+ months of camps/clinics and have a good grasp of the fundamentals, we recommend this camp. If your athlete was on a club team previously and did not travel for competition, this program may be beneficial for your athlete. *If you were on UVA 13 Premier/Regional, this may be an appropriate program for you.
This camp is appropriate for athletes who have played for their high school JV Team. If you have attended 6+ months of camps/clinics and have a good grasp of the fundamentals, we recommend this camp. If your athlete was on a club team previously and did not travel for competition, this program may be beneficial for your athlete. *If you were on UVA 14 Premier or 14 Regional, this may be an appropriate program for you.
Girls All Skills 17/18s
This program is similar to the UVA 17/18s All Skills Camp offered last summer. This camp is appropriate for athletes who have played for their high school team. If you have attended 1+ years of camps/clinics and are comfortable with at least executing 2 of the main skills of volleyball (passing, hitting, serving, and/or setting), we suggest this program for you. This program would be a good option for athletes that previously played on their high school JV Team or played on a non-traveling club team. *If you were on UVA 17/18 Regional or UVA 17 Power this may be an appropriate program for you.
Girls All Skills 13/14s Girls - National
This camp is similar to the UVA All Skills National Camp held last summer. If you previously played on your school’s “A-Team” or played on your school’s junior varsity team, we suggest this camp for you. This program is appropriate for athletes who are eager to advance their volleyball skills to perform at a higher level. Athletes interested in joining this program have aspirations to play on a competitive traveling club team next season and are expected to be comfortable training in a team environment. In addition, athletes in this camp are expected to have proficient ball control (down balls, tossing, setting, serving, etc.) as this camp will include many athlete-initiated drills to maximize reps/touches. Lastly, athletes in the camp are looking to train at a faster pace (running faster tempo, blocking quicker sets, setting a faster offense, being more strategic with their game, etc.). *If you were on UVA 12 National or 13 National this may be an appropriate program for you.
Girls All Skills 15/16s Girls - National
This camp is similar to the UVA All Skills National Camp held last summer. If you were previously a starter on your school’s JV Team or was a member on the varsity team, we suggest this camp for you. This program is appropriate for athletes who are eager to advance their volleyball skills to perform at a higher level. Athletes interested in joining this program have aspirations to play on a competitive traveling club team next season and are expected to be comfortable training in a team environment. Boys All Skills 14U

Boys All Skills 18U
This camp is appropriate for athletes who have played for their high school team. If you have attended 1+ years of camps/clinics and are comfortable with at least executing 2 of the main skills of volleyball (passing, hitting, serving, and/or setting), we suggest this program for you. This program would be a good option for athletes that previously played on their high school JV Team or played on a non-traveling club team.
This program is ideal for athletes who are new to the sport of volleyball. During this camp, athletes will work on the fundamentals of volleyball and developing their basic skills. In addition, athletes will have the opportunity to bond and interact with fellow players. Although this program is about introducing and teaching the sport to younger athletes, the camp emphasizes team work, support, interaction, conversation, competitiveness, and more!
