Please complete this registration if you were authorized to do so by UVA. Any unauthorized registrations will be canceled and refunded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, as long as you registered on or before April 24, 2025. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period and/or after May 1, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.

• Example: If you register on April 24, 2025, you have until May 1, 2025, to request a full refund. If you register on or after April 25, 2025, no refunds will be given.

For UVA Summer Camps, a $50 non-refundable administration fee applies to all full and eligible cancellations and will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the camp has started. For any questions, please email us at uva.summerprograms@gmail.com.
