(If your athlete played 13s this past club season, sign up for the 14s age group. If you played up this past season, we encourage athletes to register for their current age group.)

WAIVERS: ALL players must complete our PARENT CONSENT form prior to attending any program at our facilities.

SPECTATORS POLICY: At this time, we will be allowing spectators in the facility. However, there is limited space.

REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds after registration is complete.
