DESCRIPTION: This clinic is designed for front-row players looking to level up their hitting and blocking game. Athletes will focus on:
- Tempo-based hitting: Executing quicker, more intentional sets
- Blocking fundamentals: Footwork, positioning, and hand technique
- Transition work: Moving efficiently from blocking to attacking and vice versa
This clinic is open to both middle school players who are serious about developing their front-row skills and improving court awareness and efficiency. High-rep training and direct feedback will help each athlete build consistency and confidence heading into the school season.
